Overview
This website is operated by Stepup Store. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stepup Store. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Pricing and VAT
All prices displayed on our website are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of Belgian VAT at the statutory rate (typically 21%), unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before final checkout.

Section 2 - Formation of Contract
The display of products on our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. A binding contract is only formed when we send you an Order Confirmation or dispatch the goods. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock stockouts or obvious pricing errors, in which case a full immediate refund will be issued.

Section 3 - Legal Guarantee of Conformity
As a consumer based in the EU, you benefit from a statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for physical goods. If an item is defective or not as described, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or a refund in accordance with Belgian consumer law.

Section 4 - Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. 

In the event of a dispute, European consumers may also utilize the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
