Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Belgian public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking info as soon as your package is handed to the courier.

Delivers in 1–3 business days via Bpost. 
Costs €4.95 (Free on orders over €100).

• Neighboring EU Countries (France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg)
Delivers in 2–5 business days. 
Costs €9.95.

• Rest of Europe
Delivers in 3–7 business days. 
Rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery Delays & Issues
If your delivery is delayed past 30 days from your order date (the maximum statutory limit under EU law), you have the right to cancel your purchase for a full refund. Please contact us at infostepup30@gmail.com if your tracking data stops updating.
