Stepup Store Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) received your package, without giving any reason.

Condition of Items
To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• All original brand tags attached and intact
• Packed in original packaging

Exceptions to Returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, or to custom/personalized items such as:
• Underwear
• Socks
• Swimwear

How to Return Your Order
1. Contact us at support@stepupstore.be within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your return or submit a return request directly through your account. We'll guide you through the next steps.
2. Package your items securely and ship them to the return address provided by our support team.
3. In accordance with Belgian law, the customer is responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund your payment (including standard initial delivery costs, if applicable) within 14 days. The refund will be automatically issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
